What type of shoes do you offer?
We offer a variety of custom shoe styles and designs. If you do not see a shoe type or design that aligns with your vision, we invite you to complete our Begin Your Custom Journey form. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours to discuss your custom design in detail
Are all shoes made to order?
Yes. Every pair is handcrafted at the time your order is placed, ensuring a one-of-a-kind keepsake designed specifically for you.
What Customizations are available?
Each product offers tiered customization options. Our Basic Package includes:

You may elevate your design further with additional enhancements such as swoosh detailing, toe box designs, and custom accenting.
Processing & Shipping
What is the current wait time for custom orders?
Since every pair is meticulously handcrafted to order, our standard turnaround time is 14 business days from order to shipping.
Do you provide international shipping for brides abroad?
Do you offer rush orders?
We currently only ship within the US.
Yes. Rush orders are available for an additional $100 fee, allowing your order to be completed in less than the standard 14-day timeframe.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Can I return or exchange my custom sneakers?
Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once this period has passed, the materials for your custom sneakers are sourced and production scheduling begins, meaning the order can no longer be canceled.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun.
How do I know which size to order?
Sizing & Fit
We use authentic, true-to-size footwear. We recommend trying on the desired shoe style in-store prior to ordering to ensure the best fit.
Product Care
Are the designs waterproof?
Our shoes are water-resistant, not fully waterproof. Each pair is sealed for protection; however, if they become wet, allow them to air dry in an open space to preserve their quality.
Craftsmanship & Keepsake Value
Are your shoes handmade?
Yes. Every pair is meticulously handcrafted, with each pearl, rhinestone, and detail intentionally placed by hand. We do not mass produce—every design is created with precision and care.
Do you offer accessories?
Yes. We offer premium add-ons such as dust bags and shoe trees, available on our shop page. These are designed to help maintain the shape and longevity of your shoes.

Our designs are created to be both worn and treasured. Each pair is crafted as a meaningful keepsake—capturing the memory of your most special moments with lasting detail and intention.
